Assalamu’alaikum, mini japanese roll cake ekonomis 1 resep jadi 2 buah ya bestie versi mini

Bahan A:
3 kuning telur
45 ml susu cair plain
30 ml minyak goreng
1/4 sdt Vanili cair
Sejumput garam
50 gr terigu protein rendah

Bahan B :
3 putih telur
50 gr gula pasir
1/2 sdt air lemon /cream of tartar

Isian:
Buttercream
Meses coklat

Cara buat Mini japanese roll cake

  1. Campur bahan A aduk sampai tercampur rata sisihkan
  2. Mikser speed rendah putih telur, air lemon sampai berbuih
  3. Setelah berbuih tuang gula pasir bertahap 3x
  4. Mikser speed sedang sampai soft peaks
  5. Ambil 1/3 adonan meringue tuang ke adonan kuning telur aduk lipat pelan sampai tercampur rata
  6. Tuang adonan keloyang size 26x26x4 cm yang dialas baking paper hentakkan loyang perlahan untuk membuang gelembung udara yang terperangkap
  7. Oven 20 menit api atas bawah 190c rak tengah /sesuaikan oven masing masing
  8. Angkat balik dikertas roti biar dingin
  9. Setelah dingin bagi 2 kue, ambil sebagian oles Buttercream tabur meses lalu gulung padatkan dengan scrapper simpan di kulkas 30 menit biar set
  10. Setelah 30 menit keluarkan potong Sajikan
