Capjae Khas Jogja by Ika Esthriani

Bahan:
– 100grm tepung terigu encerkan seperti kalo mau membuat bakwan/ote/bala, bumbui kaldu bubuk dan sedikit garam, goreng kekuningan angkat, lalu potong-potong
– 3 biji bakso potong sesuai selera
– 1 biji sosis potong
– 2 Batang sawi ambil daun potong-potong
– wortel potong
– 1 butir telor
– 1 batang daun bawang

Bumbu:
– 2 siung bawang putih
– 1/2 sdk teh merica
– garam dan kaldu bubuk secukupnya

Cara membuat Capjae

– tumis bumbu halus masukkan daun bawang, sedikit air, lalu bakso, sosis, wortel
– lanjut masukkan telor aduk cepat, masukkan tepung goreng, sawi koreksi rasa.sajikan
