BAHAN :
250 gr Fillet dada ayam (dibelah tengah, kemudian dibelah melebar)
100 gr Keju cheddar parut.. (biasanya yg dipake keju mozarella)
Merica bubuk
Bawang putih bubuk
Garam
Telur (untuk baluran)
Tepung pangko (tepung roti kasar)
CARA MEMBUAT :
- Fillet dada ayam yg sdh dibelah 2 dan menipis dicuci bersih kemudian di beri garam, merica bubuk dan bawang putih bubuk secukupnya.
- Diamkan 10-15menit biar bumbu meresap.
- Ambil 1 bagian fillet yg sdh diberi bumbu, beri keju cheddar, kemudian lipat 3.
- Masukkan kedalam telur yg sdh dikocok lepas, guling2kan di tepung pangko.
- Kemudian goreng didlm rendaman minyak panas hingga berwarna kuning keemasan, angkat, tiriskan…
- Sajikan dgn sambal botol/saos tomat….
