Mau ikut meramaikan rangkaian acara menuju Kopdar Akbar LangsungEnak di Surabaya tanggal 5 November 2022,
Salah satunya Lomba Resep Online ini.

Kali ini saya bikin Chocochunks Yeasted Cake dengan menggunakan Tepung Interflour Kompas yang berprotein sedang, Ragi Instant Fermipan dan Chocolate Compound dari Chefmate.

Yeasted Cake adalah cake yang menggunakan ragi sebagai bahan pengambangnya, bukan menggunakan Baking Powder atau Baking Soda seperti kebanyakan resep.

Cake ini adalah salah satu hidangan tradisional beberapa negara di Eropa Tengah seperti German, Austria, Swiss. Terkenal dengan nama Gugelhupf atau Kugelhupf, biasanya mereka menggunakan kismis dan almond sebagai campuran.

Namun kali ini saya menggunakan Chocochunks
Cake ini biasa dinikmati dengan kopi atau teh.
Teksturnya moist dibagian dalam.
Berikut resepnya

Bahan Chocochunks Yeasted Cake

  • 100gr Mentega
  • 75gr Gula Pasir
  • 2 butir Telur
  • 1/2 sdt Ragi Instant – saya menggunakan Fermipan
  • 330gr Tepung Terigu Serbaguna – saya menggunakan Interflour Kompas
  • 190gr Susu Cair
  • 1/2 sdt Vanila Paste
  • 100gr Chocolate Compound potong kecil-kecil – saya menggunakan Chefmate

Cara membuat Chocochunks Yeasted Cake

  1. Siapkan Loyang tulban, olesi dengan mentega dan taburi tepung tipis. Sisihkan
  2. Kocok Mentega dan Gula dengan mixer, tambahkan telur satu persatu dan Vanila Paste. Mixer sampai rata
  3. Masukan secara bergantian campuran Tepung + Ragi dan Susu. Mixer sampai adonan rata.
    Adonan yang dihasilkan bertekstur kental.
  4. Masukan ChocoChunks, aduk dengan spatula
  5. Masukan adonan ke loyang, tutup dengan plastik dan diamkan sekitar 1jam. Adonan akan naik sekitar beberapa centimeter, namun tidak akan mengembang seperti adonan roti.
  6. Masukan ke oven yang sudah di panasi terlebih dahulu. Panggang di suhu 180C 45-50 menit.
  7. Setelah matang, keluarkan dari Oven dan diamkan sekitar 15 menit, lalu keluarkan dari loyang. Dinginkan di cooling rack.
  8. Potong cake setelah dingin dan siap disantap.
