Beef rendang seasoning for 1 kg

For thick coconut milk I use 4 coconuts
The coconut milk is squeezed into 1.5 L

Ground spices

  • 18 red onions
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 100 gr curly red chili
  • 1 thumb of young galangal
  • 1 thumb ginger
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 2 lemongrass stalks take part in it
  • 5 cm cinnamon
  • 2 tsp salt

Complementary seasonings

  • 3 lemongrass stalks bruised
  • 5 cm cinnamon
  • 1/2 nutmeg
  • 2 pieces of Kandis acid
  • 6 cloves
  • 6 grains of cardamom
  • 1 piece of Lawang flower
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 5 lime leaves

Notes:
To get the perfect rendang aroma more delicious
For 2 complementary spices
Like cloves, cardamom and Lawang flowers
some can be ground with other fine spices
Some of it is included in its entirety when cooking the meat

saya mau berbagi resep bumbu rendang
untuk 1 kg daging ya sahabat LE
Kalau mau lebih 1 kg tinggal tambah kan saja
Rumus nya

Mari kita simak
Bumbu rendang daging sapi untuk
1 kg
Untuk santan kental
Saya pakai 4 buah kelapa
Santan nya di peras menjadi 1,5 L

Bumbu halus

  • 18 buah bawang merah
  • 8 siung bawang putih
  • 100 gr cabe merah keriting
  • 1 jempol lengkuas muda
  • 1 jempol jahe
  • 2 sdt ketumbar
  • 2 batang serai ambil bagian dalam nya
  • 5 cm kayu manis
  • 2 sdt garam

Bumbu pelengkap

  • 3 batang serai memarkan
  • 5 cm kayu manis
  • 1/2 butir pala
  • 2 keping asam Kandis
  • 6 butir cengkeh
  • 6 butir kapulaga
  • 1 butir bunga Lawang
  • 3 lembar daun salam
  • 5 lembar daun jeruk

Note :
Untuk mendapatkan aroma rendang yang
lebih lezat
Bagi 2 rempah – rempah pelengkap
Seperti cengkeh, kapulaga dan bunga Lawang
sebagian bisa di haluskan bersama bumbu halus lain nya
Sebagian lagi di masukkan Secara utuh pada
saat pemasakan daging tersebut
