BAHAN:
150 gr tepung ketan putih
300 gr kelapa (jangan yang tua), parut kasar
100 gr gula pasir
150 gr santan kental instan
1 btr telur
1/4 sdt garam
1/8 sdt vanili

Cara membuat:
campurkan tepung ketan, kelapa, gula, garam dan vanili.
Remas remas sampai gulanya larut.
Tambahkan telur, aduk rata.
Tambahkan santan sedikit demi sedikit aduk rata.
Ambil adonan, bentuk bulat pipih dan panggang dalam wajan datar sampai matang
