PEYEM PANGSIT

Bahan PEYEM PANGSIT

  1. 300 gr tape singkong/peyem
  2. 3 sdm gula pasir (saya pake kental manis)
  3. 1 sdm margarin
  4. 1/4 sdt garam (diresep asli tidak pakai)
  5. 10 lembar kulit pangsit
  6. 50 ml air matang untuk perekat (kurang lebih)
  7. 500 gr minyak untuk menggoreng
  8. 20 gr gula halus untuk taburan (saya tidak pakai)

Cara Membuat PEYEM PANGSIT

  1. Campurkan tape, gula, margarin, garam jadi satu di wadah bersih. Aduk sampai tercampur rata.
  2. Ambil satu lembar kulit pangsit, lalu taruh 1 sdt/sesuai selera adonan tape ke tengah kulit pangsit yang sudah dipotong 4 bagian dari ujung ke tengah (tapi jangan sampai terputus lepas). Lihat gambar no.2.
  3. Tutup adonan tape seperti gambar no.3 dan no.4. Jangan lupa dipinggiran kulit pangsit dioles air, supaya kulit tidak terlepas saat digoreng. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.
  4. Goreng tape yang sudah dibungkus pangsit di minyak panas yang banyak (usahakan pangsit terendam, supaya tidak perlu dibalik)sampai matang/warna kecoklatan.
  5. Angkat dan tiriskan.
  6. Tata peyem pangsit di piring, sajikan. Rasanya enak. Renyah diluar tapi lembut di dalam.

1 kg singkong
100g gula pasir (sesuai selera)
1 lembar daun pandan
1sendok makan margarin
30gr susu bubuk
1/2sendok teh garam
1liter air untuk mengukus

Bahan vla santan:
1 sct santan instan 65ml
200ml air
1/4 sdt garam
1 sdm maizena larutkan dengan air satu sendok makan
Keju parut untuk taburan

LANGKAH membuat SINGKONG THAILAND

  1. kupas singkong lalu potong dan belah belah ,buang sumbunya,cuci bersih
  2. Rebus/kukus singkong sampai empuk dan matang
  3. setelah empuk angkat singkong kedalam wadah masukan gula ,garam ,susu bubuk ,tumbuk singkong selagi masih hangat sampai tercampur rata campur margarin juga biar gurih
  4. Jika sudah tercampur rata adonan singkong bisa di bentuk bulat bulat lalu sisihkan.

  6. Campur santan instan dengan air dan garam aduk rata lalu didihkan dengan api kecil,setelah mendidih masukan larutan maizena,aduk hingga mengental,siram ke atas singkong lalu taburi keju sajikan

Gathering with the extended family, the first thing that comes to mind is snacks for the children. Because when it comes to adults, even bitter melon chips would do, right? As long as it’s snackable and chewable, with engaging conversations, even down to the bottom of the jar, fingers will still search for leftover crumbs.

I made donuts for my 9 nieces and nephews. Especially when they’re homemade by their aunt, and even better, they’re free! Alhamdulillah… in an instant, all that’s left is the box and the stickers.

ROYAL DONUT
Potato Donut

Ingredients A:

500 grams high-protein flour
200 grams steamed and mashed potatoes
100 grams sugar
11 grams instant yeast (me: 10 grams)
4 egg yolks (me: 3 egg yolks + 1 whole egg)
50 grams milk powder
125 cc cold water (me: liquid or UHT milk)

Ingredients B:

80 grams butter/margarine (me: 75 grams)
2 grams salt

Instructions:

  1. Knead ingredients A until half smooth.
  2. Add ingredients B and knead again until fully smooth and elastic. Shape the dough into a ball.
  3. Immediately weigh each dough portion to 35 grams.
  4. Cover the container with cling wrap or a damp cloth. Let it rise for about 30 minutes.
  5. Deflate the dough.
  6. Shape the dough into balls again.
  7. Let it proof (2nd proofing) for 40 minutes or until it has doubled in size.
  8. Prepare a frying pan and pour in oil (make sure the oil is hot).
  9. Fry over low heat until golden brown. Flip with chopsticks or tongs, just once.
  10. Remove and drain. Let them cool before sprinkling powdered sugar or topping according to taste.
  11. Royal donuts here have luxurious and abundant toppings.

Note:

  • 125 gr tepung beras

  • 300 ml air mendidih
  • 1tetes pewarna merah
  • 1tetes pewarna hijau

Saus santan:
250 cc santan
100 gr gula merah, iris halus
1/4 sendok teh garam
2 lembar daun pandan

Cara membuat Petulo putumayang

  1. Alasi sarangan dandang dengan serbet bersih, letakkan tepung beras kering di atas serbet, kukus 30 menit.
  2. Keluarkan tepung beras dari kukusan, letakkan dalam panci, beri garam, seduh dengan air mendidih, aduk dengan spatula, biarkan dingin sebentar.
  3. Uleni tepung beras dengan spatula sampai halus, bagi tiga dan beri pewarna merah,hijau dan satu bagian biarkan putih tiap bagian yang sudah di beri pewarna aduk rata.
  4. Masukkan adonan ke dalam cetakan putu mayang, tekan keluar,bentuk sesuai cetakan dan taruh loyang kerjakan sampai selesai.
  5. Kukus kembali kue putu mayang sampai matang, sekitar 30 menit.
  6. Saus: rebus santan, gula merah, garam dan daun pandan, sambil diaduk hingga mendidih, matikan api.
  7. Sajikan kue bersama sausnya. Disajikan dalam keadaan dingin juga enak

SOTO AYAM

1 ekor Ayam Kampung (kisaran 1250 gram)di belah jadi 4 tanpa kepala,ceker dan jerohan
5 liter Air Mentah
5 sdm Minyak Goreng (untuk Menumis)

Bahan Pelengkap :
250 gram Tauge (di rendam di air mendidih selama 5 menit)
250 gram Soun (di rendam sampai tidak kaku)
3 batang Daun Bawang (di iris )
3 batang Seledri (di iris)
3 buah Tomat Buah(di iris)
2 buah Jeruk Nipis(di iris)
2 sdm Bawang Putih Goreng
5 sdm Bawang Goreng
1 mangkok kecil Sambel Soto

Bumbu Halus:
5 siung Bawang Putih
10 buah Bawang Merah
5 butir Kemiri
10 cm Kunyit
5 cm Jahe
10 cm Lengkuas
1/4 sdt Mrica
3 sdm Garam

Bumbu Pelengkap :
3 lembar Daun Salam
2 lembar Dau Jeruk Wangi
3 batang Serai (di geprek)

Cara membuat soto ayam

  1. Panaskan minyak goreng masukkan bumbu halus tumis bumbu setengah matang.
  2. Masukkan daun salam,daun jeruk dan serai lanjut menumis sampai bumbu matang sempurna sisihkan.
  3. Didihkan 5 liter air,masukkan bumbu halus dan ayam,biarkan sampai ayam empuk dan bumbu meresap.
  4. Angkat ayam yang sudah empuk dinginkan kemudian goreng sebentar dan di suir suir.
  5. Soto Ayam siap di sajikan.

Cara Penyajian :
~Siapkan mangkok saji isi dengan soun,tauge,suiran ayam,irisan tomat,irisan daun bawang dan seledri,kemudian di taburi bawang putih goreng dan bawang goreng.
~Tambahkan kuah sotonya sampai terendam.
~Tambahkan perasan jeruk nipis dan sambel sesuai selera.

Note :
-untuk ayam bisa di goreng dulu sebelum di suir atau tanpa di goreng.
-saat penyajian bisa di campurkan dengan nasi putih atau terpisah dengan nasinya.

Wortel 2 kg, potong dadu / korek
Timun 3 kg, potong dadu / korek
Nanas besar 3 buah, potong dadu
Cabe merah besar 100 gr, iris bulat / serong
Cabe hijau besar 100 gr, iris bulat / serong
Bawang merah 100 gr, iris kasar
Daun kari / salam koja 17 tangkai
Minyak 100 mili, untuk menumis

Bumbu halus :
Bawang merah 50 gr
Bawang putih 50 gr
Kemiri 50 gr
Laos 100 gr
Kunyit 50 gr

Bumbu lain :
Cuka 60 mili
Gula pasir 200 gr
Garam 2 sendok makan
Kaldu bubuk 2 sendok makan

  1. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum.
  2. Masukkan wortel, aduk sampai layu.
  3. Tambahkan timun, aduk sampai layu.
  4. Masukkan semua bahan yang tersisa.
  5. Koreksi rasa.
  6. Masak sampai nanas layu.
  7. Matikan api kompor.

Ingredients:
Carrots: 2 kg, diced
Cucumbers: 3 kg, diced Large
pineapples: 3 pieces, diced
Red bell peppers: 100 gr, sliced round or diagonal
Green bell peppers: 100 gr, sliced round or diagonal
Shallots: 100 gr, roughly sliced
Curry leaves/bay leaves: 17
stems Oil: 100 ml, for sautéing

Ground spices:
Shallots: 50 gr
Garlic: 50 gr
Candlenuts: 50 gr
Galangal: 100 gr
Turmeric: 50 gr

Other seasonings:
Vinegar: 60 ml
Granulated sugar: 200 gr
Salt: 2 tablespoons
Seasoning powder: 2 tablespoons

Instructions:

  1. Sauté the ground spices until fragrant.
  2. Add the carrots and stir until slightly wilted.
  3. Add the cucumbers and stir until slightly wilted.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients.
  5. Adjust the taste.
  6. Cook until the pineapple is wilted.
  7. Turn off the heat.

1 butir Kelapa (di ambil santannya -+ 1,5 liter)
10 buah Cabe Merah
10 buah Rawit Merah
5 buah Bawang Merah
5 butir Kemiri
5 jempol Kencur
1 sdt Terasi
1 sdt Garam
2 sdm Gula Pasir
3 lembar Daun Jeruk Wangi

Cara membuat menu hari ini PANGGANG AYAM SAMBEL KENCUR

  1. ~Cuci bersih ayam dan lumuri dengan garam sampai merata kemudian kukus sebentar dinginkan
  2. (mengukus ayamnya di beri serai,daun salam,daun jeruk dan jahe…untuk menghilangkan bau anyir pada ayam)
  3. ~Setelah dingin oles merata dengan margarine
  4. ~Kemudian bakar di atas bara api yang membara sampai kering tapi tidak gosong…sisihkan
  5. ~Untuk sambelnya goreng cabe merah,cabe rawit,bawang merah,kemiri,kencur dan terasi sampai matang
  6. ~Kemudian haluskan dengan di tambahi 1 lembar daun jeruk
  7. ~Masak santan sampai mendidih sambil di aduk aduk kemudian masukkan sambel,garam,gula pasir dan 2 lembar daun jeruk yang sudah di sobek sobek
  8. ~Terakhir masukkan ayam yang sudah di bakar aduk aduk sampai tercampur rata dan bumbu sambel kencur meresap cek rasa dan angkat

Every year, during Eid, I make these cookies without advertising. I have my own loyal customers, even though the orders are only 4-5 kg.

Why do I limit it? Because the ones working on this are underage children. I’m afraid Kak Seto will find out and their mom will end up in jail

Thank you to Rahelga Hasnanaja, my younger sibling, and Reswara Hamizannaja Alfathi, my older sibling, from 1st grade to 5th grade, for diligently making and decorating these cookies one by one

Ingredients:

100 gr butter (mine: 125 gr)
150 gr margarine (mine: 125 gr)
100 gr powdered sugar
3 egg yolks
375 gr low-protein flour
25 gr cornstarch
30 gr powdered milk
3 gr vanilla (mine: 8 gr)

Royal Icing Ingredients:
300 gr powdered sugar
70-80 gr egg whites
10 ml lemon/lime juice food coloring

Instructions to make Royal Icing Cookies

  1. Beat the margarine, butter, and powdered sugar with a mixer until well combined (just for a short time, about 30 seconds). Add the egg yolks one by one, mix on low speed. Add vanilla and mix until well combined. Add all the sifted flour and mix until smooth.
  2. Roll out the dough, shape it according to your preference, and place it on a baking tray.
  3. Bake at 150°C until the cookies are cooked. Remove from the oven and let them cool.
  4. Royal Icing: Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and egg whites with a mixer until it becomes white and thick. Add food coloring as desired. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag for use.
  5. Once the cookies are baked, reheat them with only the top heat at a temperature of 100°C for approximately 10 minutes or until the icing hardens.

Ini salah satu sambel favoritku. Biasanya mbahku yang buatin kalau aku lagi pengen tapi sekarang ya harus bikin sendiri Biasanya juga kalo si mbah dicobeknya juga dipenyetin telur rebus tapi aku pakai kemangi mentah saja, lauk pendampingnya pakai tempe dan ayam goreng tepung.
Ini resep sambalnya ya, kalau ada perbedaan harap dimaklumi…

Bahan :

  • 1 buah terong bakar/boleh juga kukus
  • 1 tangkai daun kemangi
  • ± 100ml santan, rebus dulu
  • ¼ sdt garam
